I want to show my appreciate to the staff at the Elevation in flagstaff. Rachel was my first point of contact. I was moving across country from Oklahoma to Arizona and she was very friendly and helpful through the process. Anna the assistant manager and Ray the manager sealed my confidence in the property. They took care of all my concerns, they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my unit. I definitely appreciate their professionalism and willingness to do everything within their powers to take care of me. Thanks ladies, now its time for me to hit the hottub 😆

I first met Rashel, who provided outstanding assistance in helping me move in within five days. I’m very grateful for her support and guidance. The place is wonderful — quiet, clean, and with brand-new apartments.

Had a phone call with Rachel; was awesome over the phone! She helped me so much by showing the different floor plans on the website regarding the amazing apartments offered. Definitely considering Elevation Apartments as a high priority option for my housing needs. Again, amazing job from Rachel as she had excellent customer service!
