APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Flagstaff

Had a phone call with Rachel; was awesome over the phone! She helped me so much by showing the different floor plans on the website regarding the amazing apartments offered. Definitely considering Elevation Apartments as a high priority option for my housing needs. Again, amazing job from Rachel as she had excellent customer service!

The apartments are nice and have good amenities. Rachel was very helpful, kind and welcoming, she did a great job answering all of our questions in a timely manner, and made the move in process very simple.

Been here with my wife and our pooch for a while now. Our move-in in 2024 was a little shaky, but after some communication with the leasing staff and maintenance, they set it straight and removed the carpet in the bedroom and replaced it with new floor. I definitely appreciated that level of response to the issue and it did not go unnoticed how professional they were about addressing the issue. In terms of amenities, I think they’re fairly allocated. Valet trash 5 nights a week is really nice even though I typically just take our refuse to the dumpster anyway so critters don’t get into it while we wait for the evening pickup. The gym is nice, the pool and hot tub are also nice and fun to spend time at. Naturally, holiday weekends can get a little rowdy anywhere with a pool area but they’ve done pretty well in ensuring people adhere to the pool rules and that noise levels aren’t insane. Most buildings don’t have AC, but you’re allowed a portable AC unit within reason and the summer temps end up being tolerable regardless in our non-AC unit. The apartment is pretty spacious and has ample storage both inside and out, and I appreciate having a massive bathroom. The balconies are a nice size and there are plenty of windows everywhere to get some natural light. As with anywhere, some neighbors can be unpleasant, but if they cause community issues, staff tends to be very responsive to it. The maintenance crew have all been wonderful and personable. No complaints there at all. Their communication is good. As for pricing, compared to other complexes in flag, the bang for the buck is honestly solid and reasonable by comparison. It’s all relative to income, what you want/need, etc so keep that in mind. As for location, if you have a car, it’s fine. The bus systems in flag can be wishy-washy for the east side of town, but that’s not elevation’s fault. Just tough to be on this side of town without one. It is right by the mall, movie theater, and a Safeway and just off the 40 which is nice. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed being here and our experience here and without being able to name more gripes than the typical apt living ones, 5 stars.

The leasing office, especially Rachelle, provided excellent customer service and assisted with the application process at every stop. They were able to process my application and get me in an apartment within a weekend.
